  • 400 gr Peanut butter
  • 600 gr White sugar
  • 225 gr butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 200 gr eggs
  • 420 gr rice flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix until well combined.
  • Add rice flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix again until just combined.
  • Make balls using a silver scoop.
  • Flatten each ball.
  • Sprinkle with white sugar.
  • Bake for 10 minutes and add 4 to 5 more minutes if needed.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of white sugar again.
