During our stay, we stumbled upon a cozy breakfast spot that introduced me to the wonders of baked oatmeal. The dish was so enticing that I couldn't resist recreating it at home. This baked oatmeal recipe not only captures the essence of that memorable meal but also makes for a perfect breakfast solution on those hectic mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a baking dish.
