  • 170 gr Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1 cup buttermilk cold
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk for brushing
  • Sea salt for topping
