Hi, I’m Jenifer, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Kooben! As the co-founder of this venture, my journey began with the founding of a cozy coffee shop in Langley B.C,  during the challenging times of the pandemic. Despite doubts from our peers, Kooben not only survived but flourished, creating a tight-knit community of awesome clients.

In our coffee shop, we achieved remarkable milestones, selling over 75,000 cupcakes, along with thousands of baked goods and drinks. However, our success took an unexpected turn when a developer approached us with plans for new apartments on our site, leading to the permanent closure of our beloved coffee shop due to budget constraints for relocation.

The mixed emotions of sadness and anger lingered, but amidst the challenges, a revelation emerged. I woke up one day with a newfound determination to continue sharing my love for customers. What better way to do that than helping people find the best products for their kitchen and home, discover delicious recipes, and enjoy insightful articles?

With over 15 years of experience in the food service industry, I’m excited to share my knowledge and passion with you. Kooben is  a platform where I can provide honest reviews, recommend top-notch products, and be your guide in creating a space that reflects your style and preferences.
